On Thursday 9 July 2026, customers, suppliers, manufacturers, turf professionals and friends from across the industry joined us at Campey Turf Care Systems in Bosley, Cheshire, to celebrate 40 years of Campey and turf care innovation.
Founded by Richard Campey in 1986, Campey has grown from a local family business into a global name in turf care. The 40th Anniversary Open Day brought that journey to life, celebrating the people, products and partnerships that have helped shape the company over the past four decades.

From live machinery demonstrations and expert presentations to historic equipment, the latest turf care technology and plenty of opportunities to catch up with old friends and make new connections, the day was a celebration of everything that makes the turf care industry special.
Visitors were able to see a wide range of machinery in action, explore the latest innovations from Campey Turf Care Systems and its manufacturing partners, and look back at some of the equipment that has played an important part in the company’s history.

Most importantly, the day was about people. More than 400 customers, suppliers, manufacturers, industry professionals and friends came together to celebrate this important milestone. From the morning’s demonstrations and presentations to the anniversary celebrations, food, refreshments and conversations that continued throughout the day, the event was a fitting celebration of 40 years of Campey.
